- In case of damage, you must notify the host and cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
ISSUES DURING STAY
- Guests must report any problem they have with the apartment or if they are not fully satisfied during their stay.
CLEANING DURING LONG STAYS
- In case the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, cleaning is required every 7 days.
- Guests are required to pay the cleaning fee for each mandatory cleaning.
- The amount is the same as the standard cleaning fee already paid.
CHECK-OUT OBLIGATIONS
- When checking out, the host is obliged to inspect the apartment in the guest’s presence.

- Be sure to close the Jacuzzi overnight and reduce the temperature to 36 degrees so that it does not turn on due to water heating
- The jacuzzi should be tightly closed overnight to avoid excessive moisture
